The greeks saw the world very differently then how we view it today. For example the Greek’s thought there was only three contents in the world. They believed that there was Europe, Asia, and Libya and did no truly discover all the land. Additionally they thought that it was all the continents and then all around them just the ocean. However, the greeks view was very different compared to todays view of the world. Today we know that there is seven contents instead of only three. We also now know that the world is not flat but has a spherical shape. There are many things the greeks thought that we continue to prove wrong with the advancement in technology today.
